Biography

I feel it is a privilege to have been born into my life as a hunting Blackbeard from Botswana. Having guided and worked  for several companies in Botswana, Zambia, Tanzania, CAR, Cameroon and Ethiopia has given me the experience hosting clients in some of the toughest hunting conditions.

With 20 years of experience hunting dangerous game as a professional hunter I have a lot of knowledge and hands on experience to offer both the first time hunter and the very experienced hunter in the field, back at camp and through the whole process of booking and putting together a tailor made hunt.

Now in my 40’s with a beautiful wife and two beautiful daughters. The Finney family has given us the opportunity to make our family home in the outdoors on the banks of the Limpopo river.  We moved onto our game farm in 2013 and will spend the next two years upgrading and getting our hunting program up to a first class destination.

For any hunter, to hunt Africa is a dream come true. Botswana is a prime destination with a good variety of game, beautiful landscapes, peaceful people, very little politics as well as easy and safe travel. About the only thing that can ruin your safari in Botswana is a bad operator and I am happy to say Botswana does not have too many of them.

Sunnyside 2 is truly a slice of paradise for us and we would like to share it with you. With lots of good hunting and great stories it would be a great experience for you and your family.
